my nipples are killing me!!
hey guys
iv been on 150 mg / week of Test Cyp for the past year. just within the last 5 or 6 weeks my nipples have become very very sore.
on my last blood work my nipples were already starting to get sore so I informed the clinic and they said that my estrogen levels were normal and that if they continued to stay sore to come back in. at the time I was only taking anastrozole once a week and I figured I would try the extra dosage for a couple of weeks to see if it would help but it didn't.
Im currently taking 1mg of Anastrozole every third day and it doesn't seem to be helping at all.
any suggestions? other than find another clinic?? lol

Sensitivity is really not an indicator of gyno, but it is odd that this suddenly occurred.
What exactly are you E2 levels and was a proper E2 Sensitive Assay run or just standard estradiol?
1mg adex E3D is going to crash your E level. You will not like that.
Consider getting the proper E2 test done if you have not.
Consider twice per week injections. Meaning 75 mg every 3.5 days or so. Less injected at one time = less spike in E2.
If Adex is actually needed the best time to take it is one day after each injection as it times the peak of both drugs.

Thanks for the reply Kel
i asked for a copy of my pateset BW from the clinic and all i got was a basic report that showed my test level at 971 and my estradiol at 16.
i have been doing the twice per week 75mg for a couple of months now.
any ideas on what i could do to get this nipple problem to ease up a bit? my right one is somewhat inflamed and very tender.
thanks in advanceLast edited by rbm33; 05-09-2014 at 12:04 PM.

In a case like this will Ralox help?
I have just been all over this gyno/nipple sensitivity BS ever since I started having issues.

Ralox is Evista. two weeks into the protocol and no noticeable difference yet, but from what I understand that is to be expected.

I would reduce the dose from 75mg to 50mg. But first and foremost see where your E2 is before doing anything through blood work. Blood work answers a lot of questions versus speculating

I was wearing a new shirt in the gym not too long ago. caused some irritation due to rubbing.
this will sound strange, but I put Vaseline on them and bandaids over that. cleared it up in a couple of days.

my sensitive assay results came back this morning and i was at a 57. my standard estrodial panel from a month ago was 12.
im glad everyone here suggested getting the sensitive assay.
what range should i shoot for? i know at this range i have knots under my nipples and i certainly need to lower it some.Last edited by rbm33; 05-30-2014 at 12:39 PM.
