Semen analysis results on trt!!
35 yrs old
On 40 mg test cyp 2xw
Hcg 5 iu twice/week
.25mg anastrozole once/week
Also running sermorelin/ghrp2
Trying for baby # 2 and so I had a semen analysis and boom, not only are my boys swimming, I'm above average in every category.
Word to the wise: when you get these type of results do NOT think your wife will find the humor when you walk in the door and go "my balls are awesome and your vagina sucks!!!"
Sleeping on couch tonight !

Interesting. How long have you been running that protocol? Were you hypogonadal before or just have low T?

Sounds like something I would say. Dont be so rough on her, let her sleep in the bed tonight also.
I have been in the dog house so to speak more times than I can count but I have NEVER slept on the couch. The wife has slept on the couch or recliner many times though. hehehe. I'm not giving up my bed or letting her have that kind of control. You should not also.

Sounds like I'm going to get educated as you know your stuff metal.
I've seen a few people who have LH and FSH in range and total Test around 500 and get prescribed TRT. To me, this sounds like everything is generally working, they just want a higher test level.
Then in the other hand (myself), I've seen some who have next to nothing LH and FSH and total test at or under the lowest range. This case would tell me that the said person is hypogonadal.

No man, I'm not on here to be an ass. Hypogonadism is simply the technical word for low testosterone , they're the same thing. And you can have a guy who meets your first example, 500+ total testosterone and decent or even really decent LH and still have low testosterone; after all, if his free test levels are 4 then he definitely has low testosterone. This is why you don't want a doctor who doesn't check free levels; in the grand scheme of things, total testosterone just doesn't mean that much.

I didn't think you were going to be rude. I just know that you know your stuff, so I figured you'd correct me, which is always appreciated. I don't want to give out poor or wrong advice.
I have a buddy who is dead set on starting TRT. His doctor hasn't checked his free test levels, only total, but is willing to prescribe based on that. I'd hate to see him (or someone) start therapy for life who doesn't need it.

Unfortunately my incompetent doc before I joined Lowt.com ssinf feel it necessary to test my fsh and lh and when I fired him I decided it wasn't necessary to come off t and feel like shit just to know. I'm on trt because I had the t of a 79 year old man. I would give up how amazing I feel now in a second and figure out a way to make my dick work if it were my only option to have kids.
The point of this post is to show proof that you can be on 80mg of test per week plus 5 iu twice per week (10iu per week) and be as fertile as a breeding bull!!!
The challenge in getting pregnant on trt is that you can't splooge for 2 days in order to be fertile. This disappoints many masseuses in nj and results in atrophy in the wrists but that's where the deca comes in!
