I received my HCG but I have no idea how to mix the liquid and powder. Break glass and draw out? And how do u measure iu to mix with weekly injection ??

What is the strength of the hcg ? 5,000iu's, 10,000 iu's?

If it's an ampoule, you would just break off the head of the ampoule and fill in the bac water.

The water commonly sold with hCG is NaCl water. This water is intended for single use. Bacterial growth is not retarded that effectively by 0.9% NaCl water, because many bacteria are highly salt tolerant. If you plan on using the hCG vile for multiple injections then you should use bacteriostatic water instead. This article by Austinite will explain how to correctly reconstitute hCG.
