Is my total testosterone too high?

Just wondering, I started TRT two months ago and have reached a total testosterone level of close to 1200ng (range 300-1100). My free testosterone is 26 (ref 9-27). Would it be save to maintain levels around 1000-1200 long term? No side effects so far except for a couple of huge pimples. My estradiol is kinda low 9 (ref 7-42). Reason why it is too low is because I was unintelligent and took 1mg of Arimidex which tanked my estradiol.

Muscles are getting more solid and hard but no significant growth yet. I guess it'll take time.

Free is what matters here and you are still in clinical range. Explain your protocol and when was the blood drawn relative to the last injection?

Ranges do not mean anything and are in many ways worthless. I'd like to see people stop worrying about ranges.
More to the point - if you're blood is good, not too thick, cardiovascular health, prostate, etc. are good, then where your testosterone number is, free or total, doesn't matter.

My hematocrit was a bit high (51.9%) after overusing Nebido. I basically injected myself three Nebido shots in less than 6 weeks (way outside the protocol). I am also in a high altitude location (9 thousand feet) which makes blood thicker. If hematocrit continues to rise I would either have to reduce dose or donate more often. Everything else has been within normal range (cholesterol, blood pressure, prostate).

I agree completely. These are the main things to focus on.
