I was waiting anxiously to get a call/email from both LowT and Empower this morning, but I noticed the site was acting weird so I called in. Apparently the site crashed and has been down since Saturday!
This really sucks for me because now that I've paid $200+ over the air travel reimbursement max ($700+ total out of pocket including sign up) to fly out of town on short notice to get my treatment going ASAP, I'm stuck waiting on the system to get my meds shipped.
Sorry for the rant guys, but I feel like I'm getting the short end of the stick on this one.
