Question Please help me understand my BW (High Free Testosterone)

    Hi,
I am a 31 year old male. I am 6’ 3” and I weigh 225lb. My body fat is about 17.5%. I was diagnosed with a hypoactive thyroid 13 years ago. I have been taking levothyroxine since I was diagnosed.

For the past 2 months I have felt very lethargic and sleepy. I have trouble staying awake all day without 4 or 5 cups of coffee. I feel anxious and depressed a lot of time. My muscles have been slow to recover from workouts. Last week I went to the doctor, and she ordered some blood tests. Here are the results.

    Thyroid Profile
    TSH, 3rd Gen: 2.193, Range 0.350-5.500 uIU/mL
    Thyroxine (T4), Free: 1.45 Range 0.89-1.76 ng/mL

    Hormonal Profile
    Prolactin, Total: 4.29, Range 2.10–17.70 ng/mL

    Testosterone Profile
    Testosterone, Free (Direct): 86.58 H, Range 4.25-30.37 pg/mL
This test has been performed using Gold Standard Thunderbolt instrumentation utilizing DBC enzyme immunoassay methodology. Values obtained with different methods or kits cannot be used interchangeably for patient monitoring.

    Testosterone, Bioavailable (Calc.): 202.86 H, Range 10.10-71.20 ng/dL

Here is a list of the supplements I take every day.
    1. Controlled Labs Orange Triad Multivitamin
    2. Controlled Labs Orange OxiMega Fish Oil
    3. Garden of Life Primal Defense Ultra Probiotic
    4. Universal Nutrition Animal Flex Joint Supplement

I am worried because this test shows that my testosterone is extremely high. I have never taken any testosterone, Steroids , or a testosterone booster . So far my doctor has been unavailable to go over my blood test in detail. All they have told me is that I should stop taking my supplements and retest in 2 weeks.

Does this result make sense? The Bioavailable Testosterone reference ranges I see on the web are a lot higher than the range on my lab test.
Has anyone seen results this high?
Are there any other tests I should run when I go back in for more bloodwork?

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I appreciate any advice you can give me.
