    My new HRT doc

He seems good but mentioned a couple things that I thought I should bring up. First he is a HRT only doc. Second he says he keeps up with all the latest data. He goes to all the latest talks and conventions. He says Increased Hemoglobin Hematocratic levels are nothing to worry about. He says Polycythmia isnt a concern because both white and red blood cells have to be elevated and hrt only elevates red. And estrogen isnt a concern until it goes over 100. I nodded and said thanks for the script doc I'll see you in 6 months. Thoughts?

Mine had mentioned the same thing some time ago, but he said that he still hadn't signed on to that. Myself I can tell you that when my hematocrit gets above fifty, my bp goes up and don't feel right. Once I get my levels around forty five I'm good again. As for estrogen, I'm good around mid twenties to thirties or so.

Mine (endo) indicated the same and my e2 levels sit comfortably that high but I guess its an individual thing and dependent on many other elements; could be the speed that you metabolize the test I seem to drop short at about 8/9 weeks of a 12 week shot and my e2 drops earlier quite quick at about week 4/5 weeks so in that period everything feels good

He may go to seminars but he obviously doesn't listen. Find a better doctor. Instead of me regurgitating, read these:

I know but it's really not that easy and I'm dialed in and he will do anything I say. That's why this place is invaluable to many of us. I showed him by blood history and he was really interested in how i increased IGF-1 from 106 to 337. I told him about ghrh and ghrp peptides and it was like a deer in headlights. But he jotted it down and said he wanted to look into it. The good news my free T and total T went up staying at 60 mg 2 times a week and my E2 went down to 22 with no AI. Could this be because I wasn't converting test to estrogen so test went up and estrogen down?
