Stopped DIM / Indolplex - How long to wait before Blood Test?

Gentleman - Can you please provide guidance as to how long I should wait prior to getting blood work done if I don't want the DIM / Indolplex to scew my lab results?

I essentially want my body to go back to doing things on its own, and not have the Indolplex / DIM impact my blood work. I've been taking 120mg's of Indolplex / DIM for 30 day's and 240ms's for 7 days respectively.

Thanks for taking the time to reply

I'm curoius to why you would want to do this. You have only been taking the DIM for 30 days and it can take up to a couple months or more to know if it's working or not. How much are you taking? What brand? Any negative side effects?

I would think you should be back to normal blood levels in a couple of weeks but I would wait 30 days just to be safe before doing blood test.

Thanks for the reply "lovbyts", and stopping the Indolplex DIM by Enzymatic Therapy is due to the fact that I've not seen any signs of improvement.

My thought is that @ 5 weeks of taking DIM (120mg 4 weeks / 240mg 1 week) would show a slight improvement in water retention / puffy nips, but it has not. I've read from most posts that those that do experience improvements with DIM do so within the timeframe above, and I have not.

    Thanks

Men need around 400mg a day. I bought mine in 200mg per capsule. Cape fear is the brand.

I believe the 400mg's you're taking is straight DIM vs. Indolplex DIM, which is a different absorbs differently.

Perhaps I'm simply one of those people that don't feel any benefit from DIM

You are correct, I went with straight DIM. I have not been taking it long but I can already feel a difference and can tell my E2 has come down. I will get blood work in a couple of weeks but just to the way I am feeling I'm pretty sure it's working.
