Thread: 24 and I haven't fully developed, very worried, thoughts of steroids, need advice.

    Talk to your doctor about Klinefelter syndrome.
    Make sure your doctor checks testosterone levels, thyroid, cortisol and all other sex hormones. Would also be good to get an IGF-1 reading.
    Make sure your doctor actually knows about these issues, most do not.

    Final note, 2700-3500 calories is not a lot of calories...it's not a tiny amount but not what would constitute "a lot." Eating more might help to a degree, in fact it probably will, but it does sound like other issues are present.

    Thank you so much for the response. My doctor did check everything ... and her answers were " everything is fine " there is not need to worry, you are perfectly healthy.

    You might just be genetically disposed to be slightly built. It's really not a good idea to use steroids as a crutch. If you take steroids without working out you'll still get fat. It's not a magic drug. The best was to start steroids is to get a good diet in place for at least 3 months, be training in the gym for about 2 or 3 years, read and ask questions about steroids on this forum. When you've done this you should be ready run a cycle.

    you can look at the glass as half empty, or... here's a thought....

    ....you can look at is as half full!!

    you know, you have all your arms and legs, right? reasonable IQ? reasonable ability to interact socially?

    you don't have leprosy, do you?

    no major health problems right?

    you know, I've live in countries where I've seem some really fvcked up people. you know... missing body parts?

    massive burns on their body? nothing to eat that day?

    you had a reasonable education, right? should be able to go out and get a reasonable job and have a reasonable life, don't you think?

    so, please excuse me if I'm not too sympathetic with your "ailments". I've known people far worse, and don't publicly complain of their plight as you seem to be doing.


    Obviously, you will never be a world class body builder. you already know that. you need to get used to the cards that life dealt you. You can, however, make improvements. And THIS is what you should be focusing on. And improvements take time.

    Since you said your test levels were normal, so you posting this in the TRT section is the wrong place. By posting it here, even though you have "normal" T levels, you seem to imply you still think you need more. And that is a wrong way to look at it.

    If you want to look more athletic, then you need to be more athletic, in the gym and the kitchen. Go the exercise section and post up your routines there, and then the nutrition section and post up your daily diet there, including macros per meal and day, with your tdee. we'll look at that and offer advice.

    Disagree. he is 126 pounds and eating in excess of TDEE. for a small person, this is a lot. Assume a moderate activity level, and disregard bf% for calculating TDEE using the Harris-Bennedict equation, then his TDEE is 2432 cals per day. So if we take the average of what he said at 3,100 cals/day (2700 - 3500 cals/day) then that would mean he is eating at 668 cals/day above TDEE, which would meet the very vague definition of "eating a lot". He is certainly not eating in a deficit nor is he eating at maintenance. at 600+ cals/day above TDEE, in the long run he will grow, unless contstricted by an over active metabolism or other such malady that impacts metabolism

    You may be normal or you could be normal in the eyes of some doctors but not in the eyes of others. Normal is a very loose term, for example, many doctors would say 300 ng/dl is normal for a 50 year old man. I know doctors that would say 200 ng/dl is normal. Point being, the word "normal" is somewhat meaningless.

    Your free and bio available testosterone are very solid in my opinion, as is your tsh (thyroid). Id look elsewhere for your problems, its very likely your small stature is genetics I personally don't know many large indians. If my levels were that good natty Id be stoked, please don't **** yourself up by getting on steroids without research
