did cycling gave me low T?

Hello peeps, after breaking many bones and realizing im always lethargic, amoung other low T effects like struggling to maintain an erection ect I decided to get some blood work done. Turns out its slightly low. Could running gear in the past have done this? I know little of test shutdown but its been about a year since ive touched anything and the last thing i did was a little 4 week pro hormone cycle.

Please someone give me some information and preferably in lamen terms so i understand.

Yes it could have. So could the pro hormones. I have always heard more negative than good with pro hormones and people having difficulty recovering from.

    Did you run a PCT?
When you say slightly low that doesnt mean much. It would be best to know all your blood work results preferably before you ever did a cycle and since.

You could even have low T due to injuries, especially head injuries but either way there is no way to know without test, blood work.

I definatly would not jump on TRT until you can narrow down why your T is low and would try to do another PCT or just clomid or HCG therapy to kick start it.

I cant exactly get pct drugs or HCG over the counter here in aus. And when u CAN get it underground (which by the way is hard to get legit shit) its costs you basically a weeks wadge and dealing with shady ****s.

If you can find a decent doctor they can give you a Rx for HCG or Clomid to kick start your Test instead of Testosterone . It's done all the time but the trick is finding a doctor that knows what he is doing.

I agree mate, i might even be able to get a referral to an endocrinologist because my testosterone is actually low. Not saying i know more then you bro as your clearly are a knowledgeable member but surely my natty test would bounce back after a year clean. Especially from such a weak as piss 4 week 50mg per day halodrol cycle with a nolva and clomid pct.

Shit sorry man it was a 50/75/100/100/100 mgs cycle with a 4 week nolva pct, had to go to an old post. Kinda hard to remember a whole year ago.

Did some research on clomid and hcg and im definitely keen to do that. TRT should be my last resort. Ive had a few ****ed cycles due to listening to ****wits at the gym. I just wanna get back to normal before i ever consider doing another cycle in the future.

I wouldn't dismiss the possibility that you did permanent damage with cycling in the past? That's in reference to your comment about your "natty"should be recovered because it's been a full year.
Hope that's not the case but all the more reason you should find a competent doctor.

Yes unfortunately, time doesn't heal all wounds.

If you damaged your hpta, it's damaged. It would absolutely be worth trying a restart, but if you had some rough cycles with sub par pct, chances are you harmed yourself.

Btw,how old are you now, how old were you when you first cycled, how many cycles have you ran, and what are the cycles?

Unfortunately, having run those cycles at such a young age, with no pct.. I forsee trt in your future. Deca and tren are pretty strong, and with no pct..

Google scallys power pct. You'll likely have to get the stuff ugl, unless you can get a Dr to cooperate (don't ever tell a Dr you've done steroids )

    Good luck

Bungle here's a good read for you:

Anabolic steroid induced hypogonadism i... - PubMed Mobile - NCBI

If you're going to attempt a re-start, do not use HCG as it's suppressive to your already functioning LH. Simply use your Serms. And quite honestly, you should know your LH & FSH levels prior to this to make an educated decision.

Some use Scally's Power PCT when attempting a restart. Well worth looking into, IMO.

Scally changed is protocol a few months ago, so be mindful of the dates.

    Scally's Power PCT

hCG 2,000IU every other day for 10 shots.
Clomid 50mg twice a day for 30 days.
Tamoxifen 20mg twice a day for 45 days.

Start all at the same time.

I did some research and apparently thats just bro science. Too much miss information on the Internet. Im just gonna run my 5000iu of hcg followed by clomid then get my bloods done a couple months later. If it works it works if not its TRT!

Im all keen to hold off for a bit to get as many opinions as possible talked to another doctor today (One that i consider pretty smart) about using hcg and clomid and he said it might work and its fairly safe as long as its not heavy doses. Worth a shot he said.

You need to see where the problem lies before self medicating. BW is your guide here and will help you determine a path forward. That said, your problem could lie elsewhere such as a thyroid issue, cortisol, prolactin, etc.

Get some good blood work done first so you don't waste time, money and fvck with your system even more.

I did the same thing when I was young. When I turned 36 I thought I could get test prescribed in the US as this is the age you can usually get it prescribed here even with normal test levels. I was shocked when my buddy was fine, but I tested at a 72 year old man. I totally screwed myself up when I was young and am now on trt for life. It happens.

I asked one of my GPs to run that pannel and he wouldn't bulk bill it because it was for rec use. And i didnt know what to say to get that exact pannel done other then i use AAS and i want to do it safely. To go get my bloods done will cost me like 400 bucks. Also the going to a gp takes 3 hrs out of my day, i live in a rural area and i kind of get sick of driving all that way and using all that time to have them give me a resounding "no"

Well, if it's needed, it's needed. And things cost money. That's the game we play.

I live in Bangkok and it can take up to 4 hours to get to the hospital. And even the best hospital in town doesn't offer all the tests, so I have to ship blood samples back to the States, which gets expensive fast.

Without proper blood work, you're just shooting in the dark, and will waste even more money and time.

Im holding off on my hpta restart and taking some of your knowledge on board. Im gonna be smart and get facts before listening to people that tell me what to take and how much. I dont want to be naive like i was in the past. I just wish i could see an endocrinologist here in Australia to make things a little easier, but as soon as u mention steriods they push you put the door. I feel like an idiot for letting people at the gym peer me into cycles. I wish i wasnt lazy and did the research....
