I believe your E2 is high. The consensus generally is you want it somewhere between 20 and 30 with 22 being the sweet spot. I also would like to know when you drew the blood so we can know if this is your peak or trough or in between. That's a high dose of HCG to be running with 200mg weekly of test cyp. You could probably half that and be just fine. Probably why your E2 is 50. Are you taking any AI?

Blood was drawn on Monday morning, Test C was injected on the Tuesday before and 500IU on Wednesday before.

Sounds like your dose of testosterone is too high. A total T of 1200, 6 days after injection, is a really high trough.

Your e2 is also too high. If it's this high 6 days after your testosterone injection then it's likely significantly higher earlier in the week.

I'd suggest cutting back the doses on both of your medications to get your testosterone and e2 down a bit. The testosterone being high isn't the end of the world, but the elevated e2 is going to cause you some problems.

My doctor has just contacted me and prescribed Anastrazole. Unfortunately, I leave tomorrow for Africa and will,be gone for 30 days. So I will not be able to get the AI. Can you guys recommend a dosage. Being new to this HRT, I don't want to cause myself any health issues and it's too late tonight to contact my doctor. Any help would be appreciated..........

Consider cutting them both in half (or at least down to 150 mgs T) and re-test when you come home. More is not better in TRT, "better" is better. Be careful cutting your dose and adding adex at the same time.

What dosage of adex did he prescribe?

She prescribed .25mg Anastrazole. As I stated before it will be a month before I can get it. So should I inject 150mg Test C and 250IU twice per week?

Ya it ll be even better if you just split your test and inject it with the hcg twice a week. You can do it with same syringe at same time. So load 75mg test c + 250iu. Inject twice a week. I believe you ll be surprised on how much lower your e2 will be
Then when you come back, before taking the anastrazole, do a bloodtest to see if you even need it after switching to this

Ok, I'll try it. Not sure if the elevated Estradiol is causing, but I have felt tired the past week. Labido has also slowed.

Solid plan by EQ above. Elevated E will cause those effects. You'll be fine shortly.
