HRT and decreased feeling during orgasm?

Title pretty much says it all.
This is a serious concern to me...not joking
Did anyone else experience this? Sometimes when I have an orgasm, I am able to ejaculate however the intense feelings are no longer there. Sometimes I orgasm and there is no feeling at all...just semen! What gives? Bloodwork seems normal, I have been on Trt for 2 years and this has been happening for quite a while. Dont get me wrong, usually it feels good, just nowhere near what it used to be like. I am also in my 40's. And take cialis 5mgs per day from sponson and have a slightly enlarged prostate. Trt 100 mgs test cyp per week. Thanks fellas.

Once I added hCG to my regime my orgasms' intensity returned to normal.

Any BW lately? Remember our bodies change over time and a once perfect protocol will eventually need tweaking.

I just had bloodwork last week and everything normal. Is there a certain area I should be looking? I am not on any meds other than Cialis (5mgs a day) and my test cyp (100mgs per week). INTESTITY is the word I was looking for...the intensity is nowhere near what it was before protocal. Is there any thing that I should suggest to my doc about possibly prescribing?

One other question... What about CLOMID? Would that work the same as Hcg for this issue. I am not really concerned with the size of my testicles, but this loss of intensity really blows! Hcg seems like it is hard to score, as my doc will not prescribe it. Can anyone Pm me a site that is legit and not difficult to buy from. I would be willing to try some if this is the answer. Thanks in advance

Fireguy I was on trt for years before I got on Hcg . It made a HUGE difference in my libido and even with just feeling better. I STRONGLY urge you to try it. Also about what your going through I have experienced that too, but for me it seemed to happen if my estrogen was a little high or if I used 19NORS. Have you cycled before?

I appreciate the help and maybe Hcg would be a good thing to try. Again, my doc wont prescribe it, so Is there any sites you guys can recommend (please pm me). Now that you mention it, my libido is pretty sad too.

I has this exact issue toward the beginning of TRT. I suspected it was the low e2. I was at <5 on e2 to begin. TT600 and e2 9 at first trough. 100mg test cyp 500ui HCG . We doubled the HCG. It took probably 6-7 weeks, but things got back to normal if not better than before. E2 check in at 34. Not sure if it was other hormones balancing out or just the e2. Sexual issues were the only symptom I did NOT have of low T, and orgasms were great with low t and non existent e2 prior to trt.

Find another doc that will? HCG made a difference in how I felt just as far as well being goes. I noticed some decreased sensitivity in a few places. HCG didn't really fix that though. One drawback to trt I suppose.

My Dr won't prescribe it either. Unfortunately I have to self prescribe my aromasin and Hcg . Hcg is not expensive and IMO well worth the the small cost for the increase in libido and feeling a little better. *NOTE fire guy I just wanted to tell you when I started Hcg after being on trt for years. My testicles ached and hurt at first almost like I got kicked in the balls. So if this happens don't freak out.

All other factors being normal, hCG will address this problem in a very short time.

BTW, I experienced these very same symptoms and quickly saw the wonder that is hCG.

And in a month or so, after a romantic interlude, report back here about how you feel. We all like to hear success stories.

OK...I ordered it 2 days ago, atter you guys helped me with that part. I went to a very SAFE site for my Hcg . Its says it shipps with sodium chloride. Should I not use that and get Bacteriostat water like I read all over? Whats the difference if any. Thanks fellas, cant wait to report back after it arrives.

What usually comes with the hCG vial is single use. That means it can only be used for one injection. This is not good for your purposes. You MUST use a multi use product. Bacteriostatic water or bacteriostatic NaCl is fine.

I went through the same thing and wound up throwing a bottle away . Order some bacteriostatic water , it's cheap so order three or four bottles and use that.

The difference is that bac water not only contains sodium chloride but it also contains BA benzyl alcohol which is antibacterial.
The vial it ships with only contains sodium chloride without BA. Thus it is one time use.

I haven't yet seen bacteriostatic water that contains NaCl in addition. I use Hospira Bac Water and it has no NaCl. What brand do you use that has NaCl?

    B,
As a side note, when I first starting injecting, I only used Bacteriostatic NaCl. It was just fine and lasted just as long. It's my understanding that as long as it is indicated "Multi Use", it is just that and fine for our purposes.

OK guys...just got my shipment of Hcg and have to admit I was very excited to do my first injection. I mixed my Hcg with 2ml Bacteriostat water and injected 250 iu. Now I guess I just wait. I have to say the injection was quite painless and am looking forward to reporting back.

OK fellas in my haste, I realized that I injected. 2ml or the equivelent of 500iu. I only wanted to inject 250 but oh well. Maybe that will hive me a little kickstart. Would you recoment that I still inject 250 iu tomorrow? I am on Trt and inject Every Sun. Everywhere I read it says thats the best protocal for trt. On the 2 days prior to injection.

What's your test protocol? If you inject twice a week just add it to your test and inject. If you are doing test once a week I believe the day before do the hcg and 3.5 days later do your second.

One question in the HCG . I thought HCG is SubQ while test would be IM. So mixing and doing HCG in the muscle is ok as well?

You can do either sub q or IM.
