    Trt pin protocal

Im on trt for almost 1 yr. 100mg cyp per week. Test level was 150. My doc is on a 2 week pin schedule. I told him this is out of date protocal,so he said do it how I would like. The 1st vile I did every 2 weeks and my test was 405. The next I did every week, test was 687. Now I started twice per week (50mg each pin). I will go back for bw in 2 months. I am willing to bet I will be in the 700s. Does this make sense that I would have this type of increase just pinning
    more?

Yes it does though I don't know that you benefit that much from pinning 2 times each week. I would just do 100 ew

Because of the half life, wouldnt it keep my levels more stable at twice per week?

My free test is 219 (50-247) and my sbgh is 10(10-74). Does this look like a problem since I am at the bottom on sbgh?

Yes. It also helps control estrogen spikes. Less injected at one time = less spike in estrogen.

SHBG is always best mid-range. Low shbg can be an indicator of potential issues when combined with other factors. Read up:

I've tried once per week and twice per week at 100mgs. Don't feel different and blood work was similar. I chose to stick with pinning once a week so I don't have to stick myself as much, because a lifetime can be a long time. ?
