Im really happy with the total T and bio available T but my Free T is still quite low. Could this and the semi elevated e2 be why my libido and energy is still not fully where it needs to be?

this was taken roughly 60 hours after injection (the day I would normally inject but skipped injection for bloodwork)

A lot of factors play into libido and energy, not just testosterone and estrogen.
That does not appear to be a sensitive estrogen assay, correct?
And yes, I'd like the free T to be a bit higher.

You could add hCG to get your free T up, but that's likely going to have an effect on your estradiol as well. Or maybe you could try larger doses of testosterone but a little less frequently. That might give you more of a spike in free T without raising your weekly dose.

This wasn't a sensitive estradiol test so it's tough to trust that number, but I doubt that your E2 is elevated at all. I've had similar non-sensitive values to yours, but my sensitive E2 was too low.

Gotta remember you were due for an injection so that is your lowest...I was about the same as you so I decided to throw an extra 10 mg in the last shot of the week to keep me higher during my longest time without an injection

I wonder if the same protocol only IM instead of sub q would help free test? Just guessing.
