Low growth hormone

I just received blood work today,and IGF-1 and IGF-BP3 are really low,also SHBG is at the edge.Can someone check my bw panel?thanks in advance.
P.S.I've posted this at blood work forum,but no one answered and I'm freaking out...

Free Test is less than mid-range.
Wrong E2 test. Need a sensitive assay. That said you're still near the top on this one, even though they read higher than a sensitive assay.
Total Test is mid-range
IGF's low and will follow your testosterone
LH range is odd to me. I don't recall seeing one so broad and this one obviously puts you at the bottom, and if it's correct = lower test levels
Very low shbg. Mid-range is best. With lower shbg can come lipid problems, metabolic syndrome as well as many other issues. Here's a couple articles on it:

Thanks for your reply Kelkel.
For E2,it says in the panel"male estradiol",so i guess it is sensitive.
Last September i did an anavar only cycle for like a month,i stopped when i did research in this forum that is wrong oral only cycle,then i did pct nolva for a month.Before this cycle,my libido was to the roof always,i never had any ED problems,never.After the cycle,libido was totally dead,and then started coming back slowly.But lately I'm having some ED problems during sex sometimes,not always,like soft erections.
Before giving blood,i took some albuterol tabs for a week,thats all,nothing else.

Still don't think it's an E2 Sensitive Assay. Most doc's simply don't use the correct assay as they don't understand the difference. It's also much more expensive than standard.
Anavar 's mild compared to most orals but still suppressive. Further, there's never a guarantee with pct.
If I recall correctly albuterol (short term) can actually increase testosterone but I'm not all that familiar with it.

Is the BW from a lab in the states or elsewhere?

No its not in the States,its in Europe.i did the test in the best lab in my town.
I did some research in the google and in those links you posted,and it says that low SHBG means high testosterone ,which is not my case,so i am really confused.

In most cases yes. The issue, if your labs are correct, would be your LH value being very low on that scale. With low LH your pituitary is not signaling your testies enough to produce adequate testosterone . That said, what's to blame? Was it the brief foray with anavar or is there another issue? That's the million dollar question. Initiating a SERM such as clomid (under a doctors care) would stimulate more LH production (barring a pituitary adenoma) and raise your T levels. It's when you come off (like a PCT) that determines how well you maintain function.

I did meet my doctor today,an internist,but he knew nothing.He kept saying that if u were a teenager,then if igf is low,then is a problem,and then he said that if igf is high we should worry,not when is low,so he was BS.
So are you preferring to use some chlomid?

I would prefer you find an astute doctor who understands hormones who could look into all issues, from your low LH to potential effects of metabolic syndrome. Do some research and find someone, travel if you must. Most docs don't know hormones as they're not trained in them. Unfortunately, many will not admit to this.

Finding a doctor that understands hormones,is really difficult,cuz they all say they do.I can guarantee that you guys know more about hormones,that they do

Don't make blind appts. Call and speak to one of the nurses on staff briefly and run your scenario past them. You don't need to waste your time or their time with a wasted appt.
