I have hypogonadotropic hypogonadism secondary hypogonadism induced by abuse of Aes. recently did some tests: DHEA, progesterone, estrogen, testosterone full free testosterone, SHBG, FSH, LH, prolactin, cortizol (this has within the normality) gave everything below the reference, as a function of doing hormone replacement therapy in four years, however my libido has always been shit, esporadicas erections depending on the stimulation of my partner and when it is erect, little hard and starts to get flabby. I have the intention, thoughts about having sex but often I end up only in oral my wife because of this problem, and when she rolls a shag gotta enjoy fast pq n is hard for a long time ... because that if I'm doing the replacement hormonal, jah tested sustanon , testosterone cypionate , propionate , enanthate and all with the same result. I contemplated buying testosterone gel bio identical, but do not know if improve .... what intrigues me is the low libido even testo being at normal level 400-500.Obs. All this began in the middle of a cycle:
1-10: Deca
1-10: cypionate
1-4: dianabol

Will I have to do this same protocol to restore my shaft or may be softer.

Basically though you need to do HCG at 1k or 1.5k 3 times a week for a month or more and get a total testosterone lab test while on the HCG to see if it is working and go from there.

Your TRT is not dialed in properly. Or it is possible you have lowT and ED in which case low dose cialis at 2.5mg to 5mg per day would help.
