    HRT with high estrogen levels

My best friend, everyone says that when its really the OP, but it really is. He's overweight about 6"1" and 343 lbs. His doc put him on test replacement due to being rather low, 378. He just had another test done and his numbers are now at 780 at 1cc per week of test cyp 250mg/cc, which seems low to me. I've seen lab results where guys have been in the 1000s at 1cc per week from the same vendor. I know the oil is good, I use it also and always get great results, as do other guys I know that also use it. My question is, will high estrogen levels drop the test levels or just make the test less effective? His estro numbers are 50 and high acceptable levels are 44. I know high estro levels will destroy natural test levels but will they bring injectable test levels down too?

Yes of course circulating testosterone levels will be lower if he is converting a good amount to estrogen, about 85% of estrogen in males is from the conversion of test to estrogen, and the rest is synthesized in various tissues such as the testes, BUT, the endogenous synthesis of estrogen in the body is mostly bound to SHBG

    "Consequently,
compared with women, males maintain a high circulating
level of the active precursor testosterone throughout life,
which is available for conversion to the active estrogen,
estradiol, in extragonadal sites. Not only is the level of
circulating testosterone in men much greater than that in
women, but it is also two orders of magnitude greater than
the mean levels of circulating estradiol in postmenopausal
women (less than 130 pmol/l) and in men (~25-130 pmol/
l). Given that most of this circulating estradiol is probably
bound to sex hormone binding globulin, it is unlikely to
have a major impact on transactivation of the estrogen receptor, compared
with estrogen produced locally as a consequence of
conversion of circulating testosterone. Thus, the
uninterrupted sufficiency of circulating testosterone in
men throughout life supports the local production of
estradiol by aromatization of testosterone in estrogen dependent
tissues, and thus affords ongoing protection
against the so-called estrogen deficiency diseases. This
appears to be important in terms of protecting the bones of
men against mineral loss and may contribute to the maintenance of cognitive function and prevention of
Alzheimer’s disease in men (Fig. 2)."

    22.94 ng/dl , range 9-30, so like 66th percentile

When was blood drawn in relation to the inject?

Ive gotten 1000+ on 100 mg a week, injecting 50 mg twice a week

780 on 250 mg a week seems low even if the blood was drawn right before the next weekly inject, also known as the trough or low point of the drug concentration; Is it not pharma grade test?
