Need some guidance
I am 38 years old. Been dealing with Low T for years now and have been in the Low T hole so to speak for the last 3-4 years and have not gotten any better. finally have a Endo that is willing to help me with TRT. I am at 284ng with a range of 250-1100. She also mentioned that i should do HG/Sermorelin. I am sure most of this is to gain me as a customer for her wellness clinic she is associated with.
She told me TRT should run me 250-300 a month and HRT will run me 150-200 a month on average. I have been looking into just having her give me the scripts and I may utilities the TRT scripts but not the HRT as I feel I can source the peptides from companies such as AR-R .
I went forward and preemptively bought some Ipamorelin/Sermorelin/Mod GRF 1-29. I have yet to buy my stuff for reconstitution which I am still a bit foggy on and was wondering where I should start with on the TRT side of things. I know I don't want to do the gel or patches. I would prefer to do shots but where should I start with on dosage, frequency and which steroid to take.
I would like to reach the 800-1000 range if possible. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Your Dr has to start you off with about 100 mg a week, do bw and work from there. I would also recommend you add hcg to the protocol. Everyone is different but your Dr has to monitor you and make the changes as needed. It all starts with the Dr.

As far as TRT, starting it on your own is not a very wise thing to do. Even with the guidance of educated members here I think it would be a lot smarter to work with a doctor.
TRT through LowT.com (site sponsor) costs a flat 199 per month and includes everything from alcohol pads, syringes, test, HCG , ai, bloodwork and consultations. This is an inject at home TRT, not go into the doc for every shot.
Getting a second opinion from someone who is very familiar with TRT would not be a bad thing. Also, it's not very common for someone to just write you scripts and let you run with it. It's not impossible but TRT is something that needs monitorsing and it is something that people very regularly abuse.
I would recommend working with a doctor until you get completely dialed in with your bloodwork and the way you feel. Maybe 12 months or maybe a bit longer or shorter. Then, getting a script and treating yourself wouldn't be such a reckless idea.
