    Clomid Monotherapy - Good Results

Results are in and they seem good. I've been on 25MG ED for about a month and a half. Previously I was at 400-500 TT 15 Free Test and 14 Estradiol. Here's my current BW.

    Total Testosterone 1103 348-1197
    Free Testosterone 37.3 HIGH 8.7-25.1
    DHEA 441 138-475
    SGHB 29.8
    Estradiol 67.3
    LH 5.0 2-6
    FSH 4.9 1.5-124
    Prolactin 10 4-15.2

The Estradiol seems high, but I don't seem to have any major issues with mood. My original symptoms seem to be cleared up. To be honest though I don't feel that SUBSTANTIALLY different then before, but I definitely think I feel better. I'm assuming with the Estradiol, I need to dial back to maybe 25mg EOD.

Good numbers other than estradiol, as noted. Know that estradiol reads higher than E2 so your actual level is probably lower. Standard estradiol is geared toward women and is not sensitive enough for males. Next time get and E2 Sensitive Assay. And yes, you can probably go EOD.

It's not so much about your level as it is to how susceptible you are. Some guys can have astronomical E levels and never get it. Others are just the opposite. Thing is, it doesn't develop over night. What exactly is the range on the test?

The range for Estradiol, sensitive is 8-35 so I am way above that.

Yes you are. So what are your plans? Reduce dose slightly, add low dose adex? Both?

I'm curious what was e2 prior to clomid? And I would assume doc tries eod to lower first since you are responding so well and are above the top in test ranges anyway.

My E2 was measured at 14 the prior to this new regimen. Are there any dangers to having Free Test/Total Test that high?

I think your test numbers are safe. Mine are even a bit higher. But lowering your clomid might bring them down a bit and your e2 as well without the need for a ai. Plus clomid ed for life might be a little hard on the eyes. Others can chime in more about vision problems and clomid use.

Just monitor your hematocrit, but that goes without saying.
