    HELP! 20 years old Test '" slightly " below average

    so i got the results of my blood work and the doctor said that my test is "just slightly below average but nothing to worry about"

    but im trying to make gains out here. i have been training and bulking for 1 year and love it. i really dont wanna jump on gear for many different reasons. so would a natural test booster help me out? what should i do? please help me out here guys !

    testosterone 10.9 6.0 - 27.0

    i have no idea how to read that but that's what came back on the blood work sheet i was hoping u guys can help me out

    You may be able to give your natural levels a bump by improving your sleep quality & getting more fat in your diet.

    look up the thread on increasing test naturally by austenite I probley didn't spell right but yea its good info and don't do test boosters there crap IMO
