How should i use HCG on TRT?

My doctor never prescribed me any AI or HCG , but I know people are using them while on TRT, so last time I asked her about it she just said I can prescribe you some if you want, but only take AI when you have side effects, for HCG she prescribed me 1 5ml vial with 5000iu, told me to inject 100iu Monday to Friday and stop on weekends.

1 bottle only last for 10 weeks, so my question is should I use HCG all the time or I just need to blast my balls once every few month?

    Thanks guys

It should be used consistently to keep your testicals somewhat functioning. Read the sticky at the top of the forum on it. We can better advise you on how/when to take it if you tell us your testosterone protocol.

You do not "only take an AI when you have side effects." You take an AI based on blood work showing a need for it. Think about her statement to wait for a side effect to occur and then medicate. WTF.

She wants to put me on gel from the start but I told her I want injection, then she wants to put me on test prop lol, I said I want test e, then she just prescribed me 250mg a week, I really don't think she know much about TRT haha(but she works in a anti ageing clinic)But I think it's better that way so I can tell her what I want and why then she just write me a prescription, it's been roughly 3 month now she never asked me for a blood work, I told her I'm going overseas till late this year, so she wrote me another 27ml test e prescription. I'll get a blood test done in the next couple of weeks. Right now I'm cycling at 500mg/week with HCG 250iuX2 weekly half pill aromasin every 3 days(it's my 5th week on cycle)So when I come off I'm thinking going back to TRT does. To be honest I don't really know what I should take for TRT, 250mg/week I reckon is too much. Kelkel can u tell me what does I should start for TRT? I was think 100mg every 5 days or 125mg everyweek what do you think?

    Thanks

Personally I'd start with 100 mg's per week, probably best split into two injections of 50 mg's each every 3-4 days. Less injected = less spike in E. Goal is to not need an AI while on TRT if at all possible. Cycle as you like but less is more with TRT as it's for the long haul when cycling days are over. You have to consider your hematocrit, estrogen, etc. You'd be surprised how little you may need for good levels. I run around 60 mgs twice per week. It keeps me at 1400-1500 total and free T at the top of the range. If I could keep my free T at that level with less I surely would as free T is what works for us.

Once on this protocol for a couple months pull some basic BW to check levels. CBC, CMP, E2 Sensitive, Total & free Test. Then make necessary adjustments, just keep in mind the difference between TRT and cycling.

Fill your scripts on time even though you will be taking less and stock up. I'm written for 200 and use 120 or so per week. It adds up quickly.

Thank you so much kelkel, I'll start with 100mg/week and I'll keep my blood work updated, looks like your my real TRT doctor lol. Also I'll show her the sticky to make her comfortable prescribed me enough HCG

I know you are using deca in your TRT protocol, what's the theory? How can I convince her to let me add it in for TRT?

    Thanks again

Just a very low dose for joint pain. Very few doc's will prescribe it and in some states they simply can't. Mine will but I don't use the script as I'd have to get it compounded and the cost is literally 5 times what I can get it for myself.

Kelkel, you are one educated guy on this topic. No question. I respect that you don't overdue your medications (as so many seem to). You give great advice, which is not only logical and sound, but truly in the interest of guys' long term health. I personally know of many guys who just don't want to listen to good advice, but would rather act like reckless youngsters who just want a overkill steroid cycle. Which definitely is not the idea of hormone therapy/trt. You are obviously proof of less is more, and the result of dedication, proper training, eating, and supplementation. Edmondle, nice choice of pic with Joey Swoll brother.
