Could an allergy lower testosterone level?

I did a blood test this morning and my testosterone is totally normal, about 2.5 months after being 10 months on steroids. There is one thing different though - I haven't eaten any bread, pasta or anything like that for almost a week, unlike all previous tests.
I can eat loads of sugar, rice etc. anything but bread, pasta and not get bloated. When I eat bread I get insanely bloated, when I was on steroids I thought it was because of estrogen, but I was wrong, because it continued afterwards.
Anyone has experienced something like this?
