Recommendations on first blast
Been on 100mgs cyp a week and hcg for one year. I'm interested in doing a blast what would be good a protocol.

I would say to wait till at least the 2 year mark. Give your body some more time. You can stack on a lot of muscle with just TRT, given you're training and eating correctly. That has been my experience.

10 weeks at 400mg, no pct of course.
keep an AI on hand - exemestane is ok-
just make sure you have no bloods drawns too soon after you will need to give it 10 days after your last pin to start back on the trt dose of 100mg /week
my rationale is , cyp has a half life of 5 days so 400mg after 5 days=200mg, then 200mg after 5days=100mg in your system.

don't keep an AI on hand... use the AI
cyp has a half-life of 8 days... so says the material that comes with my prescription in your half-life calculations
you are off in your calculations in that you are only accounting for the last shot and not including the previous shots effectsLast edited by The Deadlifting Dog; 06-23-2015 at 07:25 AM.

Follow kelkels link. Increase your dose, increase your ai. HCG stays at 500 per week. After you lower your dose back to trt doseage, reduce everything to your TRT doseage. Half life, quarter life...it's not all that complicated. It's the same as running a cycle except you don't do pct. You just go back to normal TRT.
Like Deadlifting Dog said, take the ai. Do not wait for gyno to present itself, just take it when you start the blast.
On another note, if your bodyfat isn't down and your diet not in check, you will be disappointed with results. I didn't wait and my results were lackluster to say the least. I agree 100% with Ballsak on that one.

All the advice above is right on. I think 1 year into trt is fine if your diet, training, and current conditioning is appropriate for starting a cycle. On blood work, I had trt blood work pulled 4 weeks after ending a 500mg/wk blast and everything was back in line. No need to wait 10 days to resume trt dose at the end, just stick to usual pinning schedule but drop the dose back to trt level.

For a first I wouldnt exceed 400 mgs/week. See how you react @ your current training level. This will give you a baseline for the next one in terms of dosing and what you've found might be lacking in training, diet etc. You'll def need the AI on-hand as others mentioned...

Steroidplot - Shared cycle
According to the steroid plotter if you take a 400mg shot every 7 days and maintain 7 days with your 100 mg dose, it will take just over 3 weeks to reach your baseline trt testosterone serum level. So give it 4 weeks before blood work to be sure.Last edited by Simon1972; 06-24-2015 at 06:58 AM.

This is pretty far off. You will still have a lot more built up in your system than that. You aren't just affected by your 400 mg final dose, but every dose prior that built up upon each other. Putting a gap in your regular dosing is usually fine to speed the process, but I give it more than ample time to come back down. Nothing like going with sky high free test levels and having him drop your dose down, or even slightly elevated doses will get your script reduced. You can look at pct calculators to get an idea how much is in your system if you were to go 10 weeks at that dose.

Didn't see your last post, I haven't seen that particular calculator, but seems somewhat lousy if you can't input 3.5 days on dose, I'll play with it.
