Hey guys
Yes, things are very stressful in my life these days. But today I was raging for like 5 or 6 hours and its not a common thing for me. My heartrate was up, I had racing thoughts and I felt angry.
What I am currently doing:
160mg test-c per week - half on monday and half on thursday (i am writing this post the day after my Thursday injection .. i should also note, this is my first week of a reduced test dosage .. i came down from 235mg to 160mg per week as of monday
.2mcg t3 daily (peptide)
.15mg anastrozole Eod (peptide)
I also take a b12 supplement and multi vit daily
I had t in low 100s and tsh at 4.8 in bloodwork done around 3-4 months ago
Yesterday my moobs swelled up and i took the .15 anastrozole dosage 2 days in a row
What could be causing this rage or what do i need to look out for?
Thank you very much for your help.Last edited by nikito; 06-27-2015 at 01:30 AM.

There is not always a bodily cause for our emotional state. It's a consideration but things don't always work out that way. Today, I had a big argument with my wife - threw a few things across the room out of frustration. I didn't say to myself, that it had to be my protocol. There were things on my mind, and things on her mind, and both had nothing to do with each of us. We were both "ready" to lash out because we weren't seeing the world well. Needless to say, we both felt terrible and it had a bad effect on both of us.
My advice: How have you been seeing the world these days? I'm a work in progress on this myself, but self criticism goes a long way. And no matter what, we always have the power of choice and the consciousness to question ourselves. Unfortunately, this morning I wasn't successful at either.Last edited by 2Sox; 06-27-2015 at 07:19 PM.

Like the guys said, it doesn't necessarily mean it's related to test at all. Your reduced test dosage would not be the cause.
Chalk it up to a bad day and learn from it.
Remember to get BW done in about 4 weeks to check levels.
Did we speak about TRT and your TSH in another thread?

Thank you everyone
Yes, I believe you helped me on another post of mine. Thanks again.
I have my bad days of course. But my concern is that, before trt, when I got angry or had a bad day, I didn't feel this way. The other day, I felt like I was really raging. I'm pretty sure it had to do with my trt. Maybe my stress made my hormones get all messed up and then the trt just exacerbated it. Is there anything that AAS people take to "stay calm"?
Also, I actually want to increase my anastrozole dose to .25 eod because my moobs are getting bigger even though I'm losing weight. Will that dose "crash my estrogen levels"?

In the past before TRT. You may not of had the energy to stay angry. Now that your levels are in range you have more energy. When that happens hit the weights or go for a long walk.
When I first started on TRT I had several days in a row of being extremely irritated, but my dosing was way off. Dosing once every two weeks wasn't cutting it. My hormone levels were peaking and crashing.
You just made an adjustment to Test dosing, give it some time to work. When you lower your Test dose your Estrogen levels should go down too. Adding more anastrozole has the potential of crashing your estrogen levels.
Stay at the anastrozole level you're at. In four to six weeks get your blood work done again. Estradiol Sensitive test for your estrogen levels.
