    trt and estrogen sweet spots.

hi everyone, being my first year on TRT and in the process of dialling in my protocol- i want to find out from the rough raw numbers of what ÿou" consider your own sweet spot for both testosterone and estrogen.

im only concerning myself with those two numbers because they are the ones readily available to adjust .

so- anyone feeling fantastic want to chime in on your sweet spot values?? ( for test and estrogen)

The following are roughly where my doctor and I like to keep my numbers with Labcorp reference ranges:

    Total T - around 800-850 ng/dl
    FreeT - around 22-25 pg/ml
    E2 Sensitive - around 30 pg/ml

My Dr currently has me at 550 with e2 at 56.

Should I ask for an AI?

What's the range on your Estrogen and is it a sensitive assay?
Forget your Total T number, what's your Free T and range.

So you'll be adding more test to your protocol?
No, you don't appear to need an AI.

I'd like to get up to 800 plus, so yes an increase is on the cards. I have a history on prostate issues in my family so estrogen is a worry for me, I'd like to keep a lid on it, and I'm not feeling energetic on current protocol of 75mg x2 weekly test e sub q. In fact, . Lethargic and I was putting it down to estrogen, hence my question about the sweet spot for E.

Just realised when we did the conversion 66 pmol \l equates to 17.9 pgmol\l .so I'm already low, weird, doesn't explain the lethargy...is there something else I should consider

Keep an eye on your TSH. Anything over 2 should be looked at imho. Check a little deeper next time with FT3, FT4, RT3, Antibodies. Your lab is using an old scale. More modern range is .3 - 3.0.

For me decreasing dose and range made me feel best. Really not much feeling different between original Rx dose of 100mg E3D and HCG 250 E3D (TT 1182 FT 62 E2 (regular testing) of 33 and current protocol 60mg E3D and HCG 250 E3D (TT 778 FT 42 E2 24) to justify the extra cost and potential unknown long term effects if any.

    No AI FYI
