Help Interpreting Blood work
I'm on week ten of a cruise and have finally gotten my bloods. I'm somewhat new to this way of life and need help interpreting my blood work. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
A little background: I did a 12 week blast of 600 mg per week (2 x 300 mg). I varied amarosin from 6.25 mg EOD to 12.5 mg EOD. Just depending on how I felt. I would have heavy swelling and major upper chest/upper back pain when my estrogen got high. I'd increase the AI when this happened for a few doses then drop it back down.
Currently I am taking 120 mg Test C twice a week with 6.25 mg of amarosin EOD just to keep my ankles from swelling and the pain out of my upper chest and upper back. I would like to take HCG again to help my shrinking testicles, but when I tried that before it made me an emotional wreck.
Anyway, I'm on a cruise and feeling good, but finally got my blood work done.

Your slightly elevated RBC and low MCV, MCH and MCHC are indicators of low Iron. Speak to your doc about it. If you do supplement with elemental iron take it with vitamin C for best absorption.
Your E2 level is abysmal. You need to back off on your dose and stop basing it on "feelings" or "swelling." Base it on BW. When it comes to the aforementioned swelling you seriously need to monitor your blood pressure as that's what it indicates. Don't mess with it. Think silent killer.

I can definitely back off on the amarosin. Should I lower my test dose as well? It looks like my test numbers are high, but then again I'm new and don't know how to read the results.
I'll make sure my BP is in check regularly. Could that also cause the pain running straight through the left side of my chest to the left side of my spine? And I didn't know it would cause the swelling above my ankles?Last edited by ReddFoxx; 07-01-2015 at 07:06 PM.

If you are trying to run your test at a normal (TRT style) dose then yes. Both free and total are way over range. Your free is over double the top of the scale. At 240 mgs per week I'd expect it to be. Consider an average TRT dose is arguably around 100 mgs per week total.
When it comes to your chest pain you can possibly point to your BP once again:

What would your recommendations on hcg be for getting my testicles back?
