Needing some Advice
Hello,
First time poster. Please excuse my ignorance if my comments here make me sound like an idiot. I am looking for some help though.
I'm 5'10 225lbs, 32 years old. I am looking to cut some weight. I have been dieting pretty good for the last 45 days. No junk, mainly grilled chicken and veggies for all of my meals. I work out 4-5 times per week. Lifting and cardio.
A friend offered me a bottle of Test Prop. He said I would lose the fat and gain more muscle. I was looking for advice on the following:
Should I take this?
If so, what dosage should I follow?
Is there anything else I should take with it?
Is there something I should take after the cycle?

No you should not. I understand your lack of understanding so i won't bash you but imo you've got several years of working out and proper nutrition befor even considering cycling anabolic steroids . Now if you think you need on testosterone replacement therapy like this board is about get yourself tested and see if you have low test.

Hello Rocket and welcome to the forum. There is a ton of good info on here start by reading the stickies. I would not get in a hurry I would keep doing what your doing and stay on hear and learn. Educate yourself with the help of the vets on this forum. I hope to see you on here asking questions. Good Luck!!

Not to mention you don't even know if the gear your buddy is giving you is legit. I'm sure you trust your buddy but you don't know where he got it. I mean, he is the one giving you bad advice on something you know nothing about and obviously he doesn't either.

dont do it!
i messed up a few years back and took some anavar without the research and didnt seek correct advice.
i am now on the low T / trt threads on the forum so doesnt take a scientist to work out what happened!
by all means research AAS, study them and know what you want to take and how you will PCT and when, but jump into this with eyes wide open.
