6 injections of 80mg test cyp

The last two injections are itchy slightly red and my latest has a large bump there. No pain at all just a little annoying and itchy. Is this to be expected or is there some other issue. My first 4 were normal with no bumps.

IM or sub q? Ive had one bump IM and I literally worked the oil into the muscle. I don't sub q inject because it can cause bumps.

What gauge pin are you using and where do you inject at?

I use 1" 22 gauge, IM and in the quad and never have problems. I learned that as soon as I pin, massage the area for about 20 seconds then jump in a hot shower. Never an issue and been doing this every week for over a year.

Yah that's the problem it's a weekly shot at clinic, the needle is 1" 22 gauge in glutes. I'm thinking about switching to lowt and doing it all at home would be much easier for me.

Well if you're doing this at a clinic, bring it up to them. I get my gear mailed to me by the VA so needless to say everything is done at home.

It baffles me why they insist on recommending these pins. I just talked to an older guy at work who started TRT and they gave him 19 and 21 gauge needles. I mean, no wonder people are scared of pinning...or get bad reactions.
