Yes off and on. I did the first year. Not as much now but still easier than what I use to before TRT.

Is this a burning fat issue due to endogenous testosterone in the system?
what can be done for a situation like this.
I sweat for a workout as well obviously, but it also smells a bit bitter so to speak.
Any tips?

Sorry, but odor is related to bacteria present in the skin.
You need to shower more often, and dont be afraid of using soap.

Can't comment on smell of sweat, but I definitely sweat more on TRT. In general, seems like my body just runs hotter than it used to.

summer time, stress ,latex mattresses....who knows- i used to sweat when i started trt but its winter now...so not sure keep an eye on your diet- garlic could be causing the smell??

Back when I first started trt, I posted up and asked about it changing the odor of your sweat. Maybe it doesn't happen to everyone, but I'm an ocd clean mofo and it happened to me. It's like the compounds make you smell a certain way, especially on injection days. Try using less blankets at night to lessen the night sweats and be sure your Bw is good.

I may know what you are talking about. I sweat a bit at night, intermittently, but my E2 has been in the low teens lately (going off adex to see what happens). However, overall my sweat odor has changed since before I started TRT. My hygiene has been the same since starting, usually showering in the morning and after my workouts later in the day. The odor isn't a locker room, dirty clothing type smell, the type that bacteria would be responsible for. My sweat has never in my almost 50 years on this planet smelled like this, and I have been very active throughout my life. Its more of a chemical smell, maybe sweetish/sourish/vinegary like. I'm wondering if when the cypionate (or enanthate ) ester is cleaved off and presumably converted to cypionic (or enanthic) acid, if it winds up excreted through sweat glands. Some carboxylic acids do have a vinegar-like smell (vinegar is a carboxylic acid too - acetic acid). The smell is usually most notable when I shower after a workout.
Or maybe I just stink?

Shortly after beginning TRT, I started to have a body odor like I had during puberty! It was strangely refreshing in the sense that I felt more youthful. Old Spice Classic (NOT the anti-perspirant) does the trick just like it did for me at that time! And don't underestimate the effect of what you eat has on how you smell. It definitely influences your BO in very large ways. If you have been around many cultures, you will know which ones consume large amounts of garlic and spices. This is reality, and not stereotyping at all.
