Test levels low/normal, how do I still get a script for lowish T & muscle atrophy?

So my test levels came back normal. I have never been on trt or any anabolic in my life. I am pressing to get pharm grade test. If you have seen my other thread, I had surgery as a kid and never really recovered from severe muscle atrophy. Upfront, I want to run a cycle and I want pharm grade. I want a chance at extending my mobility longer. I would like to avoid going to UGLs.

So like I said, I have muscle atrophy from surgeries and have low T symptoms. My previous test a year ago had my Test Serum at 420. How do I go about convincing the anti-aging clinic I need a high dose of Test and an additional anabolic compound for the muscle wasting? My pcp said he wasn't comfortable prescribing but was more than willing to refer me to any other doc. Seems like the medical system is so broken in regards to therapeutic anabolic use.

Mid 30s, healthy weight, lifting many many years.
    My test serum is 584
    Free T is 17.9
    IGF 210
    Estradiol Sensitive is 19
    DHEA 412

Wasted muscle, your t levels are about where I'm at on trt. I would kill to have that without trt. You should post up complete blood work but it doesn't seem that your test levels are the problem . You should also post ranges for BW btw. No Dr or anti aging clinic are going to write scripts for someone whose levels are pretty good. If you're wanting to build muscle and can't do it with relatively good levels, I don't know how much you can do with trt. No Dr will script you a cycle for pharm grade if they want to keep their license.

That's what I was afraid of. Today I am 198, 14% bf, I can move some good weight, but my legs are toast from surgery. I have read good success stories using anabolics to overcome these atrophy issues. I have been crushing them in the gym for a while now and have seen some very minor growth. I am a case example of why anabolics were produced for humans but my pcp and ortho docs will not prescribe anabolics at all...ever...no matter what the condition. So here I am stuck trying to obtain pharm grade via the low T route. I am extremely scared to go the ugl route. So now I am stuck trying to get an anti-aging doc to prescribe.

OP needs to educate himself. You cannot just go on TRT and "want to run a cycle and want pharm grade." It doesnt work that way. No Doc would agree to that and they shouldnt anyway. TRT is for life. Your expectations are not realistic...

Agreed, my expectations are definitely unrealistic. BUT it does happen. There are many examples on these types of boards of anti-aging clinics basically prescribing a basic Test cycle. This is what I desire.

    Not on this board.
People get prescribed 100mg per week, maybe 200mg per week.
A test cycle is 500mg per week.
We also don't advocate abusing the medical community here.
People who LEGITIMATELY need TRT have enough trouble getting meds prescribed that we would rather not have someone abuse the system.

As TDG states, we havent seen that on this board. What you are attempting to do will only shut-down your natural Test production. And without proper PCT, you may never regain your natural test levels which will require life-long TRT...

What you would gain with your approach would only be a band-aid anyhow. Once you were off, you would wither back away, the gains would only be temporary.
All muscle is in the nutrition and the training, not the juice, it's not a short cut.
