Missed dose?

I forgot to dose yesterday, first time I have messed up my protocol. I inject every 3.5 days. Do I dose ASAP or wait until next regular dosing time? Thanks in advance.

Just do it today. Its not a big deal every once in a while

I just dose a lower amount. Eg if your dose is 30 units, lower it to 20 units . otherwise maintain your dose, either way won't do any harm.

Why would you lower the dose? I've missed a day and will just do it the next day or whenever I remember than do my next 3.5 from there.

thats so you dont go have a higher peak the next time you pin, (eg the next time you pin your t level will be higher than normal) not that it matters much, i just do that so i can control E better- but its not a big deal either way.

If you're on a regular schedule of every 3.5 days, everything is stable enough that dosing a day early or late won't make a difference. Just take your regular dose a day late and don't worry about it.
