Blood Donation - Does the timing impact TRT PIN

I pin Tuesday Night and Sat Morning - If I donate Blood Wednesday is that good or bad. I do Wednesdays because I do lift on W.

Do I lose T by donating or it doesn't make a difference?

    Mathematically, no.

If your TRT is 125mg, an you have 10 pints of blood, and you donate a pint.
    You've lost 12.5mg of test.

I really think this would be negligable in practice too. Id be interested to hear what the actual TRT members have to say though!

I'd say it makes little to no difference. All of whatever you inject won't be immediately released so I wouldn't worry about it.

Did my first blood donation today at work with the red cross blood truck.. my score for hemoglobin was 18.6 which is high but I was allowed. She told me that 19.5 is the limit and they make you see a doctor.
