Are you adamant about walking in and speaking with someone in person? There are plenty of online clinics that specialize in HRT. I was surprised when I found my clinic that pretty much does everything over the phone, soup to nuts. The ironic part is they do it for people all over the country and they are only 45 minutes from the house. I've recommended two of my buddies there now too from other states. Just an FYI...
