Taking pregnolone pills on trt?

I'm wondering if you don't take hcg during trt you won't be producing pregnolone correct? Can I just take pregnolone pills?(I think I can buy them over the counter) I don't mind small tested but I don't want to be pregnolone deficient

Ok thank you that article was very informative. I have two questions:

1. Does dhea correlate with pregnolone? If I take pregnolone will I need to take dhea?

2. In about to go to health food store should I look for pregnolone that just says micronized. And how much prey of I'm not on hcg is recommended a day

Both "should" be taken to completely back-fill pathways left vacant by exogenous testosterone. Preg is usually 50 mgs and DHEA 25 - 50. Look, some do fine without anything so is it necessary, no. Helpful, yes. Check out dhea . com.

i doubt it is, otherwise it would be a selling point, i couldnt see any of their preg as micronised.

in fact i just ordered some preg and dhea , and intend on backfilling as soon as stock hits my letterbox, been feeling lethargic myself.

The only thing I'd add is to have your doctor test for both pregnenolone and DHEA in your blood work, from time to time. I learned that I need a good deal of pregnenolone and take 50mg twice a day to get to normal levels. And a good deal less DHEA and take 25mg every other day. More than that and I test abnormally high.
