    bodyfat with trt

If your BF is a little high and doc wants to start you on TRT..go ahead and start?..stock up until you get BF down
I was at doctors office for my yearly physical explained my doctor been really aggressive in the gym but my body fat is still up a little bit and he mentioned trying try TRT.. I know ideally they want body fat below 15% when using gear just a curious question

If TRT is genuinely needed and not a band aid covering up an underlying problem then yes, start TRT. Know that testosterone turns to estrogen. More T = more E. The higher your body fat % means more T will aromatize to E. Also, if BF is excessive and T borderline then a consideration could be simply an aromatase inhibitor at a very low dose while you work on reducing BF%. Worry about your hormonal health first, stocking up later.

If you happen to have a copy of your BW, post it up please so the members can "have at it."
