Lab results Please review and advise
I have been on HRT since since about June of 2010. Tried androgel and patch nothing, started injections subQ protocol every 3.5 days, 12.5mg extemaine daily and 500Iu HCG a week. Did one testosterone blast, one tren ace 8 week cycle, and finish a 12wk deca durabolin cycle Dec 30th. I will be 55 in July 208 Pounds, 5'10", and about 16% BF.
I have been having an issue with low semen/sperm volume http://forums.steroid.com/hormone-re...unt-semen.html I also wanted to do labs to make sure I am good to go for another tren cycle in April. I am still waiting for my psa, total test and free test results and will add them when I get them. Looks like everything is good except my cholesterol FSH and LH are shut down on HRT right?

Everything is pretty normal. Only cholesterol needs attention, less LDL, more HDL... I always recommend more raw greens, and less fats on this situations.
You say that on TRT since 2010, but in 2012 your LH/FSH were not nill, so you couldnt have been.

Simply that your LH/FSH shut down in the presence of exogenous testosterone as your pituitary senses they are not needed any further. It's a negative feedback loop.
They can also be suppressed by several issues such as hypothyroidism, cortisol or prolactin issues. Even head trauma or simply getting older. Full blood work is step number one. Take a look at the list in the Finding A Doc Sticky thread at the top of this forum. Get that if possible. Always determine why your levels are low and strive to correct it prior to just launching into hormone replacement. Not saying HRT is a bad thing as it's not, it's tremendous when needed. Just make sure it's needed and don't use testosterone as a band aid.

BB You are right... the dopamine in my brain must be out of wak! December 14 2012 I posted this so it appears I started Oct 2011 or so, but the gel and patch did not work. Did 3 Months of IM injections once a week Aug 2012. Pretty sure I started doing Subq injections on my own Dec2012.
"I have been trying to find the right doctor to treat me but, it's not going well. I am retired military in North East Wisconsin so the Aurora health system is about it. My family doctor was willing to treat me and started me on androgel about 14 months ago. I used the gel for about 9 months with no change in total testosterone . Then I tried the patch for a month and I hated the patch and wanted to go to Endocrinology. The Endro doctor was a temp and was about 75 years old. He would treat me and wanted to try IM injections for 3 months. After 3 months hunting season was here and I went hunting for 2 weeks. When I returned it took about 3 weeks to get an appointment...so I had my last IM injection on October 24th and did not have this blood test till December 7th. The new temp doc at Endro is a young women that seems to be more knowledgeable but, now doesn't feel I need HRT. That is the quick overview." http://forums.steroid.com/hormone-re...k-results.htmlLast edited by bethdoth; 02-27-2016 at 12:55 PM.

Looking good.
It seems the only problem is the cholesterol, any game plan for that?

Your results look fine to me, cholesterol is a beat up and a myth. Its simply à measurement pathology labs came up with as a warning sign.
Its tryglicerides you should worry about and even those look fine . if they were high you could combat it by lowering your carb intake. Eat more meats and fats and eggs. Its the tryglicerides you should be looking closely at.

I'm still waiting for the PSA results. Those I am concerned about since I had prostittis last summer and the prostate is the main player in semen production. Also my total test is running a bit higher than I like to see it at. I have found that I feel the best around 750 total test and E-2 is simple to regulate with 12.5mg extemane daily. Keep in mind that I do subq injections on Sun morning and Wed evening. For consistency I always have my blood for labs drawn on Wed morning, so this number is when I am at my lowest level during the week.

Ok my PSA is in .79 Range 0.01 - 4.00 ng/mL. My PSA started at .33 12/7/12 and was as high as .51 in 2014. But last year when I had the blood in my semen it was 6.1. So now what? All my labs look pretty good for almost 55 except my cholesterol. So why am I shooting dust when it comes to semen? Something has to be out of somewhere. Prolactin is low but not any lower then when I was normal.

I think when I get back home it may be time to go see a doc! My labs look fine over-all but my problem with low seamen volume seems to be getting worse. Load is getting to be almost nothing. I want to start a dbol /tren /test cycle the beginning of April, but don't know if I should until I figure this out. Prostate issue is something a guy that is pushy 55 should take serious (if it's the prostate).
