Your numbers look really good, even the ones that are slightly elevated are not bad. Your triglycerides and hdl are fantastic. initially i thought your e2 was high but looking at the reference range its fine as well. Your LH and FSH are incredible. So what you should do is talk to en endo about why you are not producing more test with lh and fsh numbers like that. You might be in for a simple fix, depending on your age and lifestyle you can tunr this around. How old are you? what do you do for a living? (i.e. sit at a desk?) exercise diet?

When LH levels are higher and test is low it indicates the issue is primary (testicular) in nature. Meaning pituitary production is there but the testicals are not responding in kind. Have you suffered any testicular trauma or been checked for varicoceles?

i agree with you its like my testicles are not responding to my brain, as far as any trauma dont really remember anything significant just the normal kids stuff. I have done both in the past

Well that makes sense then. Most clinics and uninformed doc's start people out high end, instead of at a normal amount and then titrate up based on BW. Starting out high is the way to guarantee you'll need ancillaries such as adex. The more they sell you the more profit they make....

A normal starting dose would be 100 mgs per week (split is fine) followed up by BW after about 6 weeks. At this time decisions are made regarding the need for an AI based on BW results. Speaking of AI's, I think their timing is off a bit. If you go with this protocol I'd back it down to probably the day after injection, not two days after. Reason is test peaks in about 24 hrs or so and adex has a half life of app 50 hrs (rounded up.) It's a math thing.

All that said, I'd strongly encourage you to start with half that amount of test and at the most .25 of adex. Normally I'd suggest no adex until the 6 week blood work but at 260 lbs i'm guessing you may be carrying a bit of extra weight, causing more aromatization to occur.

Forget milk thistle and go with NAC. Far superior. When it comes to policosanol I'd probably skip it:

    My .02 anyway..

Good point on the AI and yes I am caring little extra weight but should have that dialed in in the next few months with my diet and gym as far as the policosanol he was looking at my liver numbers I argued the point myself.I already have the whistle but its cheap enough to leave I will check into the NAC

Appreciate it taz. If you can, post up your results of your first set of blood work when the time comes.

Blood work is always your first step. E2 could be elevated. Make sure when you test it you obtain an E2 Sensitive Assay.
