Got blood work now what?
So I got my blood work done and it seems to be ok. Not sure what all the tests are for though. I'm 5"9 and 200lbs 37yo. I think I need to drop 20lbs. Any suggestions on meals or meal replacement? What vitamins should I be taking? What about pre workout supplement? I'm interested in going to a TRT treatment instead of a doctor near me do to they my have more knowledge on how to deal with low T. Don't won't to have to go searching for the right clinic ether. Well here is my blood work to start.

Your vit d is low, it can affect your testosterone .
Find a good vit d3 supplement and start taking 8000ui per day.
Try to improve your quality of life and nutrition through the next month, and retest in a month time.

Ya I was prescribed 5000. Don't you get that from the sun? I work outside all day... I'll get on that and see how I feel. Thx.

We were supposed to get it from the sun but some ppl are not so efficient in doing it... Generations of wearing clothes might have done something to it (dont quote me on this, just a wild guess).
5000 seems a bit low for sombody defficient.
