    25- low test? Please advise.

    Prolactin 7,22 (1.0-20-0 ng/ml)
    Progesteron 1,28 (0,3-4,0 nMol/l)
    Free Test 61,40 (5,5-42 pg/ml)
    THS 1,39 (0,5-4,3 mkME/ml)
    T4(Free T4) 16,60 (12,6-21,0 pMol/l
    T3(Free Triiodthyronine) 8,00 (3,1-6,8 pMol/l)
    ---------
    FSH 3.4 (1.7-8.6 mIU/mL)
    LH 3.2 (1.7-8.6 mIU/mL)
    Estradiol 16.5(7.6-42.6 pg/mL)
    TEST, Serum 457(348-1197 ng/dL)

Is there anything I should be concerned about?

I read that test levels for my age should be in 600's ?

I would really appreciate any advise.

    Thanks.

Whats important is the free test, and it seems you are above range or is that a typo??

    Did you test SHBG?

Well... Aside from your concerns, I think that you're going to have a hard time finding a doc that will prescribe a TRT protocol anyway.. Your serum testosterone is low but it's not THAT low. Plus, your LH is low but still "within range" so you probably won't get a hypogandism diagnosis. I struggled to get mine treated when it was under 300 because I was considered "low-normal", even in my mid-30's.

There are other factors to consider. Are you carrying a ton of bodyfat? Do you have sleep apnea? What does your nutrition look like? Are you weight training? All of these could cause affect your testosterone levels and are easily fixed.

Personally, I would be quite happy if I DIDN'T need TRT. I have enjoyed the benefits from it but finding a decent doc and/or coming up with the money for proper treatment has been a serious pain in the ass. It's a life-long process that can be quite stressful at times.

    Thanks for replying guys.
Its not a typo. My free test is 61.4
I am lean and have a decent diet, but I go to bed at 5 am daily. Do you think it can have a significant effect on my serum test? Anyway to stimulate production of LH and Test or its gonna drop back to these same levels after therapy? I'd hate to pin on daily or weeekly basis even.

    Thanks again.

if its not a typo... then youre in a beyond optimal free-test levels, and believe me, some folks would do nasty things to have that naturally!

Your total test is somewhat OK, its not even borderline, so I guess youre really well with your endocrine system, your total test numbers could be average but maybe because you've got so much of bioavailable free test circulating your blood, which is fantastic man, I envy you...
My free test is ~7 , my total is ~ 350 , and man, that is something to deal with when you really want to put on size, and recovery times getting long after training... I wish I could swap places with you then you would really be eligible to complain

I forgot to add an important detail.

I did oral only DBOL CYCLE which negatively effected my sex drive(I'm just not as horny lately and when I have sex Im not into it as wierd as it sounds), but the cycle was about 7 months ago. Should I still perform PCT. I assume my test before dbol was higher then now? I know I did a stupid mistake, but I listened to some vets in the gym that no PCT will be needed on such light cycle. dang it...
Any more input guys? Appreciate it.

Looking at your current numbers I'd say PCT may not be that beneficial if at all, what Id suggest get yourself some maca powder and run it daily 3-4g ED (could also try some king prawns and goji berries in your diet) and watch the difference in few weeks to come, it should get you wired in and back on track with the mood stuff since numbers seem very good, the rest is just a mindset I think
