Combining T3 with T4

I'm on a prescribed dose of 50 mcg of T4 ED which works adequately, although lately, I'm beginning to question its on-going efficacy. I've got some T3 from my source which I'm considering using, but I don't really know how much to use for the purpose of increasing well being, energy levels etc. I've done all my research on T3 and I'm aware and appreciate how much of a potent hormone it is, so I'm contemplating a starting dose of 10 mcg ED, spilt into two doses, coupled with my regular T4 dose? Does anyone have any experience of using T3 together with T4? If so, how did it impact your health? I'm currently on cycle, if that helps to know.

No experience with combining the two, but 50mcg is typically the lowest starting dose for thyroid treatment. What do your tsh/t3/t4 levels look like at that dose and have you thought about raising the dose? 50mcg isn't enough for me but 75mcg works well. I'd try to adjust your thyroid script before adding anything from another source.
