3 yrs on TRT - Blood work help

My doc has been out country and been 4 months since blood work done and a phlebotomy. Time for me to get my blood work drawn. Can you refresh my memory of a list of things to check for. Here is what I remember;

Free Test
Total Test
Hematocrit
RBC
Estrogen
Cholesterol

Any help appreciated.

Take a look at the second set of BW in the Finding A Doc sticky at the top of this forum. Pare it down if needed. Cut out LH/FSH as this isn't your first BW since initiation of TRT and anything else you see fit.
