    HGH without insurance

I read the rules and asking these questions seems to be allowed within the guidelines.

Question for those of you with a script for HGH as part of your HRT: What are you paying per iu without insurance coverage from a licensed US pharmacy? The prices I'm seeing seem really high! In what circumstances would an insurance company pay for it? Thanks.

It would depend on how your policy is written. You'd probably need an arginine stimulation test to show an actual need as GH serum is not sufficient. My doc will write me in a heartbeat but it's ridiculously expensive without insurance covering it. Therefore I just get my own.

This will be off list use for skin issues. Starting off at 1iu five days on two days off, increasing dosage depending on results and sides to 1.5iu, then possibly 2iu if needed. Once cleared up dropping back to 1iu and stopping... but I don't want to stop and I'm not even on it!

I'm seeing $25 to $85 per iu from licensed US pharmacies without insurance coverage. Does that seem right or am I asking wrong? Obviously powders that need mixing are at the low end of the price range and pens / miniquicks are at the high end of the range.

What are some of their prices? It's ok to post actual pharma prices for this purpose. You're not violating any rules...

And serostim is cheaper quality compared to the nords IMO. The serostim is around $6 and iu in my parts. The nords are around $10-15.

    7 vials of 6mgs?
42mgs, each ui is 0.3mg, so about 140uis 3000 bucks??

Thats expensive, here I can buy genotropin from pfizer in pharmacy at 130€ for 5.3mgs.

Just need a scrip for it

So that puts us right at the low end of my original range using the price at CVS $3,089/126 iu = $24.51. I was hoping I was wrong...

Using the app Mr.BB suggested, Genotropin Miniquick is $3,500 for 2 packs of 7 pins with 2mg each. 2mg =6.6iu. That's 28 mg which is 92.4 iu. That's $37.89 per iu. So my original range was off. Should have been $25 to $40 per iu. Still... that sucks.

MOST insurances will rarely pay unless your a child for growth. Its STUPID expensive in USA pharmacies.

These type of prices should be illegal. They give AIDs patients multiple kits a month, usually for very little to no cost. I cant beleive what some people pay for growth hormone . The pharmacy price should get you a handful of kits, and im not talking chinese growth.
