When I started TRT, my Doc had me @ .5 mg. of Arimidex , 2x per week (my b.f. was around 16%). I was using .75 mg. of T, 2x per week

In a couple of months my E2 dropped to below 10 ( my endocrinologist did not order an ultra sensitive test though, so that is was all the lab told me). I then discontinued the A-dex.

As an experiment, I upped my T to 150 mg. 2x per week for 6 weeks. I also re-initiated the A-dex @ .125 mg. EOD. Just got my BW back and my E2 is high @ 68.

Returning now to .75 m.g. of T and going to stay with A-dex @ .125 mg. per week, and retest my blood in 4 weeks. BTW, I'm now @ 12.8 % b.f.

Was/is my approach o.k., any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
