I've been on a topical gel for about 4 months and would like some feedback on my meds, supplements and diet. I'm 43 y/o. 6'-2", 230 lbs. I go to the gym 4 days/week. I run a 10 min mile, then lift for 45 mins. Never did a steroid cycle.

    Breakfast: Egg whites and oatmeal
Lunch: Tuna only, and greek yogurt
    After workout: protein shake
Dinner: chicken breast, fish (salmon), or lean steak. Broccoli, green beans or brussel sprouts. White rice or potato.
Snack: Deli turkey breast, cottage cheese, almonds or spoonful of peanut butter

My daily meds and supplements are:

    Meds taken at 7 a.m.
Topical testosterone gel 90 mg (3 under arm swips)
    100 mg DHEA
    100 mg Pregnenolone
2 Triple strength fish oil softgels
2 GNC Mega Man Sport Vitamins

    Testosterone, Serum (Total) 1,250 ng/dL 348 - 1197 ng/dL
My next Endo appt isn't until a month from now. So, with all that said, here's what I'd appreciate some feedback on:

    1. Do my meds look okay? Any red flags?
    2. Been on TRT for 4 months and I added hCG a month ago and my total T went up to 1,250. Prior to adding hCG my total T was around 600. I've now lowered my TRT dosage, but should I also stop hCG?
    3. When I take the hCG in the mornings with everything else, after about two hours I feel like my blood pressure is getting real high (can feel my pulse in my neck and head), I feel light headed and faint. When I take hCG in the evenings, I have none of these side effects. Any explanation for this?
    4. My blood pressure has always been normal (slightly high at times), but it's been consistently high at 145/120 the past few weeks. Any red flags that could be causing this?
    5. Any other feedback would be appreciated.

looks fine- you might need an AI- review with next bloodwork.

increased hematocrit, give blood or see what happens now that you have lowered your dose- keep an eye on your hematocrit.
    5. Any other feedback would be appreciated.
