Blood Test Results - looks like low Vit. D

I took some more blood tests recently to try to find out if I was/am deficient in magnesium, vit d, hormones, and whatever else. I am looking for any feedback on my results as my doc is not an endo but more of a GP. My HR is 53 resting and my blood pressure is 110/68 resting. Was hoping you guys could look at the hormones a little more and see if you all see something that is just a little off. Posted below.

You need to reduce SHBG so your free test gets higher.

Vit D and zinc will help on this.

Not on any protocol, all natural at the moment.

Forgot to mention age, ripe age of 34

Energy levels are pretty good, but could be better

Thanks for taking the time to look it over

Great question, doc didn't order it and I forgot to read the stickie again!

I have, in the past, completed about 5-6 cycles. Young and dumb, no pct, but last cycle was about 3 years ago and was done properly thanks to this site. Planning an upcoming cycle but want to see what you all thought of my blood work, plus need to get the BF down some more.

So someone brought it to my attention that my thyroid could be outta whack.

On this recent blood test, TSH was 0.85, 6-8 months ago it was 1.47 (don't think I was fasted in that test).

Also, I sweat A LOT under my armpits!

In your bloodwork there is nothing pointing out to thyroid problem that I can see, exactly what was "someone" stating about it?

Just that it seemed to be on the lower side this time. Also, just to rule anything out

Agree with all above. Re your Vit D be sure you take it will a large meal as it's a fat soluble vitamin (hormone) and will absorb better this way. Also be sure to test it at your next BW as you don't want to go much over range as it can be toxic if over-elevated. 10K is what I take daily as well but it's based on years (and continuing) lab's. 10K keeps me in the 80's, which is where I want to be.

    Thanks Kel!

So, as BB mentioned, vit d3 and zinc can lower shbg, how long does it take to 'feel' the effects? Also, why do you think my TSH value ranged so much from the last test to test? It is almost cut in half this time? Was it because I was fasted this time?

Can vitamin D3 mess up your stomach? I have been taking it since Monday along with 50mg of zinc right after lunch. Also have been taking some Potassium/magnesium supplement at night but going to stop that one to see if that is causing the stomach issues. I've been like a gas factory and stool has been soft, not regular.

Just figured I would note something.

Ever since starting Vit D3 @ 10,000 IU every day, my armpits stink more.
