Is this place legit? (Hormone Therapeutics)

I talked to the guy on the phone and he seemed knowledgeable but I can't find any other information on them which seems questionable to me.

- Clomid is hot garbage. Enclomiphene is far superior. Clomid will work for PCT, but why use it when you can use a compound with fewer issues and all the benefit?
