About the only thing I've seem regarding 1ml vials was BCBS of Illinois has a dispensing limit of 4-1ml vials/month. I recently asked BCBS of Illinois for a copy of their current TRT guidelines and formulary and they sent me a .pdf of it. All 42 f-in pages of it.
Edit: However, when I was at my Dr.today to get my weekly shot, the nurse cracked open a fresh vial of Pfizer depo-test and jokingly told me it ought to be good they just got it yesterday. Don't see why they would have any more access to 10ml vials than people who self inject? It's not like bacteria is picky about residences vs. a business.
Of course, I'm sure a 10ml vial doesn't last long in a Dr. office so perhaps that's the difference?

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
