    Did I crash my e2??

Hey guys could use some help here.

Been on 30mg of test cyp EOD for as long as I can remember now always with decent results. I inject EOD in attempt to balance e2 without an AI. Doing this my sex drive was decent and my mood was good but I still had some fatigue issues and lots of atrophy.

I started taking hcg in low doses for atrophy but immediately noticed it spikes my e2 and kills my libido real quick as well as my mood giving me anxiety and darker moods. I weaseled it down to 100iu with my test injection but still felt my e2 was elevated and recent bloodwork showed it went up significantly from just test (unfortunately i dont have the units as I write this). Last week I took my first 12.5mg dose of aromasin and felt so much better. My mood spiked and my erection quality and frequency went way up. 5 days later it was still good, not much decline really but i thought hey maybe there is more and took another 12.5mg. Ever since I have had anxiety and shitty moods again BUT my joints don't ache and my libido is still rather solid. Anyone have any ideas?

    Much appreciated

Peoples bodies (metabolism) changes over time and protocols need to be adjusted to compensate for it. 30 mg's eod may have been great for a while but there's never a guarantee it'll last forever. Yes, HCG can increase intratesticular T and E but it's a good thing. Mimicking LH production via HCG is a healthy thing as we have LH receptors throughout our bodies.

In your case I opt for using HCG and mitigating the rise in E2 with your aromasin , as opposed to not using HCG at all. Either that or is there room to drop your T dose down a bit? This judgement should be made on free T, not total t.

I will be getting bloodwork done in the next week or so but i think I can lower my T a bit still although not enough to compensate the elevation the hcg brings on.

Also next time with aromasin should I maybe bump the dose down to 6.25mgs to avoid a crash again?

You can try that. Thing is you have to be consistent and retest in about 4 weeks. Trial and error unfortunately.
