    TRT and Erectile Dysfunction

    Hi,

I'm fairly new to TRT (but have experience with testosterone cycles). I'm 5 weeks in on 120mg p/w (2 * 60mg shots). I am still experiencing ED, not all the time though. Morning wood is regular and full, but during the day and evening I have quite some trouble getting it up without V1agra. Is this likely to improve with time or should I be looking to get an adjustment after interpreting the next blood work?

Hypothetically :- Is it normal for a guy who's TRT is at an optimum level to still need v1agra or c1al1s to achieve/maintain an erection?

    Thanks for any input

could be estrogen related, or a miriad of other issues.

can you post up bloodwork and what other medication protocol you are on.

be short and consise with your answer so the info is clear and on point.

    Hi Simon,

I only have pre TRT bloods as I'm due for more bw in a couple of weeks, but here it is :

    *note*
estrogen was not tested as I was off cycle/trt
WBC is high as I had a bad cold at the time
AST & ALT I'm presuming are high as I'd been using accutaine a few weeks before

    Testosterone 7.5 nmol/L = 216 ng/dl (according to nebido dot com's conversion tool)

I should point out that at this time, I am self medicating without doctor supervision (this will be addressed shortly in the future)

    60mg test e E3.5D - Total 120mg p/w

Despite the ED I feel a whole lot better than I did before I started TRT.

The year before I'd had bloods taken to investigate low T and the Thyroid function came back within ranges so I didn't re-test this time.
    Serum free T4 level - 20 pmol/L [10.0 - 22.0]
    Serum TSH level - 0.84 mu/L [0.3 - 5.5]

    Personal Stats :
    39 yo
    190lb
    10%bf
    183cm - 6 ft
No other medication atm, unless you count Liv52
