Trying to sort it all out!

    Hi all!

Matt here with just a few questions. I have been going through the trials and tribulations of finding a doc that will help me out with what I feel is low T (we all know our opinions probably differ from the doctors). I am 25 and recent test showed a T level of 285. When they saw this they ordered more tests but everything came back in normal ranges. They continued to say that I was in normal ranges and nothing to worry about. Well problem is I know how I feel and when your 25 and have no energy anymore have no sex drive (married), are gaining fat and getting weaker despite doing your best in the gym I think thats an issue. Now I have gone through 2 endocrinologists and am seeing the 3rd in may. fingers crossed.

    Now to the questions.
I have been reading the posts about what tests there are and I looked through my tests and see some that are there and I see some that arnt. Should I be asking for different tests? Ill throw them up there if need be which im sure ill be asked to. Also if everything in the tests come back normal except my T then what is the problem? Is this common? My doctors have never really given me a definitive reason why that's the only thing that is out of wack. Which sucks considering I go to a really good hospital. pisses me off.
Finally im to the point of should I just say screw these doctors and try and fix myself on my own or should i keep on pushing. I have read the posts about finding a doc and the online one seems a bit pricey and alot of the others have said keep pushin one day it will happen. Well its probably me being young and impatient but I am tired of going through these guys with their stupid standards. Like I said I know how I should feel.

Thanks for reading guys and thanks for letting me rant a little! If i skipped over anything please let me know.

Do you have a copy of any of the blood work? If so, post it up. I think the list of blood work is in the find a DR. sticky at the top of the forum.

What Rich said. Post up your BW please. Let's see if we can find what the doc's are missing. Odds are something is causing this. At your age it's doubtful (not impossible) that it's idiopathic.

From all the other tests I have seen mine seem quite small. And if it is idiopathic do docs tend to steer clear since they don't know what is causing it?
